Question: How do I book a room?

Answer: We recommend you phone us on 01582 691990 to check if the room is available on the day at the time of your event.

You can find the prices of the rooms in the costs section of our website http://www.lflct.org or you can ask one of the staff at the centre.

Booking forms can be sent via email, fax or post if you contact a member of staff or picked up by hand at reception. If you have arrived at the centre for a look around then ask and we will give you the forms.

When you have read the terms and conditions and filled in the booking forms, they need to be sent to us by hand, by fax or by post.

Once the forms have arrived your booking will be confirmed and the centre will send you a booking confirmation letter followed by an invoice.

Please note, if you are a private booking you will need to pay a deposit along with the booking forms to sucure your booking.

Answer: If you phone, email, fax or come down to the centre to give us your name, address, post code, phone number and course interested in. We can pass this information onto the people who are running the courses. They will contact you to let you know when the next available course is and how you can enrol. You can then direct any questions to these people who will be happy to help you further. Please note with some courses you can just turn up on the day. You will be informed when you contact us.
