You have a number of rooms available for hire at Lewsey Farm Learning Centre Trust. The rooms consist of classrooms, hall, IT suite, music suite, professional kitchen and creche. In addition you may hire equipment for whatever function you are considering to hold. You can hire the PA system, flip charts and pens, laptop, PowerPoint projector, overhead projector, screen, television and video.

The centre has tables and chairs included in the room hire costs. These can be arranged for your every need. Tables come in rectangle and round shapes. The round tables are usually used for hall functions combined with the rectangle tables.  Classrooms usually contain rectangle shaped tables. The chairs are of good quality with padding for comfort. For hall functions we have a meeting room outside the kitchen and this is ideal for setting up a bar or serving food to your guests. Feel free to pop in and one of the centres staff will show you around and answer any questions you may have.

  Classrooms:

Your classrooms support courses, meetings and other functions. The capacity of the classrooms is 20 people seated with tables. It is your choice for the layout of the chairs and tables. Please advise us in advance so this can be arranged.

  Hall:

Your Hall can be used for different functions such as business conferences, training seminars, birthday parties, exercise classes, wedding receptions and funerals. The capacity of the hall for seated functions is around 160 with tables. Without tables and and just chairs 200 and no tables or chairs just standing 230 people.

  I.T Suite:

Your IT suite contains 16 PCs all connected to a 100Mbps network with internet access and with various applications installed.

  Music Studio:

Your music studio is ideal for anyone who is interested in creating music. You have a sound booth for recording and a computerised recording sound station.

  Professional Kitchen:

Your kitchen has a chef available and can also be used for cooking or heating up foods.

  Creche:
Your creche is available for students who are taking a maths, english or english for speakers of other languages (ESOL) classes.  If you wish to run a course with creche facilities, please contact us in advance and we will discuss the options available to us.

Warning!!! If a room is available for you to book, we can not confirm your booking until you have read the terms and conditions and returned a booking form. Once the booking form has been recieved by post, fax or hand we can confirm your booking. A confirmation letter will be sent to you when the booking is live.
